#8 – The Cowboys have quite a few nicknames, including Doomsday Defense, The Boys, Big D, and the most popular – America’s Team!

#9 – In 1990, the Cowboys began a streak of 160 sold-out regular and post-season games. This included 79 straight sellouts at their former home, Texas Stadium, and 81 straight sell-outs on the road. They have one of the most loyal fan bases in all of NFL, or even sports in general.

#10 – The Cowboys allowed the fewest points in Superbowl history when they played the Miami Dolphins in Super Bowl VI. The Cowboys held the Dolphins to just 3 points total the entire game!

#11 – The Cowboys have the Only Superbowl MVP on the LOSING team. He carried them, but unfortunately not enough to get the victory. Although the Cowboys lost Superbowl V on a last-second field goal to the Baltimore Colts, they still went home with some hardware due to Chuck Howley.
