Reservations made on our website can be paid for with a credit card. Reservations made through our sales department can be paid for by check, bank transfer or credit card. A 3% fee will be added to all custom Orders over $2,500 that are paid for by credit card.
Payment is due immediately upon booking. If payment is not received within seven (7) days of booking, your reservation is subject to cancellation.
A few days before game day you will receive an email with game day details including information on your tent location, start and end times, parking options and contact information for your game day concierge.
No. Tailgater is not responsible for any personal items in your tailgate location, left behind or misplaced.
Our tailgates start four (4) hours before kick-off and end at start of the game. Extra time can be added for an additional cost at certain properties and certain games. Give us a call at 888-301-2190 to discuss your needs.
No. Each stadium manages parking uniquely and we will help you plan accordingly. Please refer to the individual team pages for more information on parking.
You must notify Tailgater at least 30 calendar days in advance of the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 calendar days of the event will receive no refunds. Catering orders are not refundable.
There will be no refunds for rain or rain delayed events. If severe weather forces Tailgater to cancel your tailgate prior to the start of the event, you will receive a credit for the full amount of your paid equipment package to be used towards a future game. If an event has begun but is subsequently suspended due to inclement weather and unsafe conditions, you will receive a pro-rata credit toward a future purchase. Catering orders are not refundable.
Both you and Tailgater have the right to terminate your order if either party’s participation is prevented or made impossible due to the current COVID-19 health crisis. You will receive a full refund within five (5) days of termination. Termination can be made in writing to the appropriate party at any time but at least 48 hours in advance of the event. Tailgater may require proof from Customer of reason for termination.
All guests are welcome to use one of Tailgater’s preferred vendors to cater their tailgate or bring their own food. Bringing your own caterer will be subject to availability of space, please be aware that there will be additional costs for space and coordination. Catering options and menus can be found on the team page on our website.
We cannot distribute alcohol directly. At most properties we have partnerships with local liquor stores and caterers that can provide alcohol. You can find more information on our catering partners on the team page. Tailgater Concierge encourages our customers to enjoy the day’s events and to always do so responsibly.
Yes. We offer full satellite television service which includes a connection to a satellite dish, receiver, television, and power. You can add a media package to your cart after you choose your equipment package. Please note that no refunds will be provided for the Media Package related to network blackouts, inclement weather and other issues with lack of service that is out of the control of Tailgater.
There are no refunds on catering orders.
Yes, we have portable propane grills available to add to your tailgate reservation. Your grill will come with propane and grilling utensils. Just add it to your cart after you pick your equipment package.
Yes. All of our tailgate locations have restrooms in close proximity.
You are more than welcome to bring your own food and beverages.
We will set up and maintain equipment owned and provided by Tailgater. You are welcome to bring and personally set up your own permitted equipment that does not exceed the allocated space for the reserved tailgate spot. Tailgater does not permit extra tents, deep fryers, pull-behind smokers/grill, open flames or loud generators.
Yes, as long as it fits within your allotted space and doesn’t interfere with other guest’s tailgate. Only portable gas grills are permitted in the Tailgater Villages.
We welcome our customers to BYO as long as it aligns with the ground rules for the stadium.
Yes, live music and excessive amplified sound are not permitted within the Tailgater Villages.
The Tailgater team will handle final cleanup, but we encourage our guests to respect the environment and their fellow tailgaters by keeping their tailgate area clean and tidy. There will be ample trashcans placed throughout the site.
Please contact Tailgater immediately to discuss upgrade options for your package which will require additional payment. Tailgater has the right to terminate the tailgate with no refund or charge a $50 fee for each additional guest.

No. Banners and signage recognizing businesses, a political candidate or any other form of solicitation may not be displayed at your tailgate nor may promotional materials be distributed without prior approval by Tailgater Concierge.

We do not offer online sales of tickets through our site. However, we link to the school’s ticket office for each property on the team pages.
