The Tailgater Concierge team will handle trash cleanup, but we encourage our guests to respect the environment, the tailgate, and their fellow neighbors. There will be ample trashcans placed throughout the site that should assist in keeping the site clean and tidy.

Can I leave my belongings at the tailgate site during the game?2019-04-09T20:24:28+00:00

We do not recommend leaving any items at the tailgating site.  In most cases our staff will be in the process of breaking down the site and will be gone prior to the end of the game.  Tailgater Concierge is not responsible for any items left behind or misplaced.

You are more than welcome to bring your own food and beverages.

All guests are welcome to use one of the preferred vendors to cater their tailgate, at a cost of approximately $15 – $30 per person, or bring their own food. Tailgater Concierge is only able to coordinate food delivery through the preferred vendors. Catering options can be found in the team details.

Yes.  All of our tailgate locations have restrooms in close proximity.

Can I bring my own equipment?2019-04-09T19:44:06+00:00

We will set up and maintain equipment owned and provided by Tailgater Concierge.  You are welcome to bring and personally set up your own permitted equipment that does not exceed the allocated space for the reserved tailgate spot.  Tailgater Concierge does not permit extra tents, deep fryers, pull-behind smokers/grill, open flames or loud generators.

There are no refunds on catering orders.

No, unless you have reserved a generator by itself or as part of the media package.

Yes, though only portable gas grills are permitted in the Tailgater Villages.

If severe weather forces Tailgater Concierge to cancel your tailgate, all customers will receive a credit for the full amount of their paid package balance to be used towards a future game

Yes, live music and excessive amplified sound are not permitted within the Tailgater Villages.

Can I advertise at my tailgate?2019-04-09T20:17:24+00:00

Banners and signage recognizing businesses, a political candidate or any other form of solicitation may not be displayed at your tailgate nor may promotional materials be distributed without prior approval by Tailgater Concierge.

When is payment due?2019-04-09T20:16:24+00:00

For orders over $1,500.00, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, with remaining due on August 1st. For orders under $1,500.00, payment is due within seven (7) days of the day of booking but no later than three (3) days prior to game day.

What is your cancellation policy?2019-04-09T19:25:31+00:00

In order to receive a full refund, your reservation must be cancelled more than 14 days prior to the game.  For cancellations within 14 days of the game, customers will receive a credit equal to half of their paid package balance to be used towards a future game.  No refunds will be paid on any catering orders.

We do!  We offer full satellite TV service which includes a dish, receiver, big screen HDTV, and power.  You can add a TV to your cart after you choose your package.

What are you going to do with my email address?2019-02-15T22:22:36+00:00

Your privacy is important to us. We intend to use your email address as the primary form of communication leading up to and during your tailgate experience, but of course we may need to share it with third parties in order to fulfill your order and/or to help operate our website. We will only provide your email address to third parties for direct marketing purposes if you have expressly opted-in to receive such third-party offers.

We do not offer online sales of tickets through our site. We do have relationships with the ticketing offices at USC, Illinois and Stanford and can help secure group tickets if interested. Please email us or call us at 888.301.2190 for more information.

Each stadium manages parking uniquely and we will help you plan accordingly. Please refer to the University Page for the school where you are interested in tailgating for more information on parking.

We welcome our customers to BYO as long as it aligns with the ground rules for the stadium.

We currently do not distribute alcohol as we are not licensed to do so. Some of our catering partners may be able to provide adult beverages. You can find more information on our catering partners on the University Page for your school. Tailgater Concierge encourages our customers to enjoy the day’s events and to always do so responsibly.

Have a grillmaster in your squad? Yes, we have portable propane grills available to add to your tailgate reservation. Your grill will come with propane and grilling utensils. Just add it to your cart after you pick your package.

Yes! We offer fare from local food and beverage partners at most universities. Please refer to the University Page for the school where you are interested in tailgating for more information on exact offerings.

The more the merrier!  If you have a large group and need additional amenities, you can add extras items to your cart in the check-out process. You can also contact us at 888-301-2190 to create a custom package for your group.

What are the hours of the tailgate?2019-04-09T19:08:24+00:00

Our tailgates start a minimum of four (4) hours before kick-off and end at start of the game.  Extra time can be added if you want to keep the party going.  Give us a call at 888-301-2190 to discuss your needs.

How will I know where to go for my tailgate party?2019-04-09T19:11:41+00:00

A few days before game day you will receive an email with game day details. You’ll receive information on where your tent is, the day’s important timelines (when the party starts, ends, etc), parking options and contact information for your game day concierge.
