Yes, though only portable gas grills are permitted in the Tailgater Villages.

If severe weather were to force Tailgater Concierge to cancel your tailgate, all customers will receive a credit for the full amount of their paid balance to be used for a future game.

Yes, live music and excessive amplified sound are not permitted within the Tailgater Villages.

Banners and signage recognizing businesses, a political candidate or any other form of solicitation may not be displayed at your tailgate nor may promotional materials be distributed without prior approval by Tailgater Concierge.

Payment is due within seven (7) days of the day of booking.

What is your cancellation policy? 2017-08-07T23:00:12+00:00

We know unexpected events can happen and you may need to cancel. Simply call (888-301-2190) or send an email (info@tailgaterconcierge.com) at least seven (7) days in advance of the event for a full refund. Should you need to cancel less than seven (7) days before the event, you will receive a credit equal to half of your paid balance to be used for a future game.

We do!  We offer full satellite TV service which includes a dish, receiver, big screen HDTV, and power.  You can add a TV to your cart after you choose your package.

Your privacy is important to us. We intend to use your email address as the primary form of communication leading up to and during your tailgate experience, but of course we may need to share it with third parties in order to fulfill your order and/or to help operate our website. We will only provide your email address to third parties for direct marketing purposes if you have expressly opted-in to receive such third-party offers.

We do not offer online sales of tickets through our site. We do have relationships with the ticketing offices at USC, Illinois and Stanford and can help secure group tickets if interested. Please email us or call us at 888.301.2190 for more information.

Each stadium manages parking uniquely and we will help you plan accordingly. Please refer to the University Page for the school where you are interested in tailgating for more information on parking.

We welcome our customers to BYO as long as it aligns with the ground rules for the stadium.

We currently do not distribute alcohol as we are not licensed to do so. Some of our catering partners may be able to provide adult beverages. You can find more information on our catering partners on the University Page for your school. Tailgater Concierge encourages our customers to enjoy the day’s events and to always do so responsibly.

Have a grillmaster in your squad? Yes, we have portable propane grills available to add to your tailgate reservation. Your grill will come with propane and grilling utensils. Just add it to your cart after you pick your package.

Yes! We offer fare from local food and beverage partners at most universities. Please refer to the University Page for the school where you are interested in tailgating for more information on exact offerings.

The more the merrier! We built two basic service offerings based on averages, but we know that not every group is the same. If you have a large group and need additional amenities, you can add extras items to your cart in the check-out process. You can also contact us at 888-301-2190 to create a custom package for your group.

Our tailgates start a minimum of four (4) hours before kick-off. Our end time is 30 minutes after the start of the game, though extra time can be added. Just give us a call at 888-301-2190 to discuss your needs.

How will I know where to go for my tailgate party? 2017-08-07T22:54:24+00:00

On Monday prior to Game Day, you will receive an email with game day details. You’ll receive information on where your tent is, the day’s important timelines (when the party starts, ends, etc), and parking options. The day before Game Day you’ll receive another email with the name and contact information for your Concierge for the day.
