How to Tailgate In Grange Grove
Anyone interested in tailgating in Grange Grove will need to register in advance of game day. Space will be assigned in the following order:
1) Tailgater Concierge Turnkey Tailgate Package Clients
2) Paid 20’x20′ space reservation with capacity of 50 guests
3) Free space reservations

Turnkey Tailgate Packages
For groups that want to show up and have everything taken care of for them.
You’ll get reserved space, tailgate equipment, and can add food and beverages if you wish. Your tailgate will be available starting 4 hours prior to the game and will close at kick-off.

"On Your Own" Tailgate Reservations
Groups may set up tailgates on their own, free of charge, but must reserve a space in advance.
Based on availability, “On Your Own” free spaces will be assigned ten days prior to the game. Requests DO NOT guarantee a space.
“On Your Own” Tailgate set up begins the night before a game at 5:00 pm CT.

Space requests will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis and fans that were allocated a spot will be notified of their tailgate spot location. Fans not allocated space will receive an email notification.
Add Ons
As part of the registration process you will be given the option to add tents, tables and chairs to your tailgate spot reservation. You will also be given the option to purchase space.

Grange Grove will be divided into 10’x20′ and 20’x20′ spaces and groups will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and assigned an appropriate number of spaces for their group size.
FAQs
Does reserving space cost money? No, there are no fees to reserve an unguaranteed tailgate space. If you wish to guarantee space, the cost is $500.00 per 20’x20′ space with a maximum headcount of 50 guests. If your group exceeds 50 guests, contact our team to purchase additional 20’x20′ spaces.
Am I guaranteed a space? No. The only way to ensure you have a spot is to either pay for the space or book a Turnkey Tailgate Package with Tailgater Concierge.
Does anything come with my space assignment? It looks like there are tents in the graphic? That’s a representation, no tents or any equipment is included with your space. You do have the options to add equipment for a fee.
How do I cancel my reservation request? You can do so by emailing, [email protected] prior to 3 weeks from your gameday.
Will I get a refund for my add-ons if I cancel my reservation? You will if you cancel before the deadline of 3 weeks prior to gameday. If you cancel less than 3-weeks out or no-show, you will NOT receive a refund.
What happens if I reserve space and no-show? If you no show or cancel less than 3 weeks prior to gameday, you may not be allowed to reserve a tailgating spot in the future.
Can I add some rental equipment to my space reservation? Yes. You can add tents, tables, and chairs to your space reservation. The equipment will be delivered at least 5 hours before game time and picked up at kick-off. You will be responsible for set-up and take-down of the equipment. The equipment must be left in the same condition as received.
What happens if I add rental equipment to my space reservation, but don’t get space? You will receive a refund for those rentals when space assignments are sent out two weeks prior to gameday.
If I purchase the 20’x20′ tailgate space add-on for $500.00 am I guaranteed space? No, and if you are not assigned a space we will refund the $500.00.
What if we are a student group? Illinois student groups must also register for space if you wish to tailgate in Grange Grove. If you’d like to guarantee space with a package, contact our team at [email protected] or 888-301-2190.
What if I forget to register by the deadline? If there is extra space, we will note it on the map that will be posted on this page two weeks prior to gameday. That space will be first-come, first-served starting at 5:00p the day before gameday.
What are the hours of Grange Grove? Grange Grove is open from 5:00-7:00 pm the night before gameday for drop-offs and initial set-up. On gameday, Grange Grove opens at 7:00 am no matter the game time. For more details see here.
Where can I park? Single game cash parking is available in the Research Park lots, off St. Mary’s Road.
